Refund & Warranty Policy

At Odrivo, we aim to provide top-quality tech repair and resale services. Please read our refund and warranty terms carefully.
1. Refund Policy
Repairs
Refunds are not offered for completed repairs after you approve the work.
If a repair is not completed due to a mistake on our part, we will either:
Fix the issue at no extra cost, or
Offer a full refund for the repair service.
Products / Resale Devices
You may request a refund within 14 days of delivery if:
The device is defective, damaged, or not as described.
Devices must be returned in original condition and packaging.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after inspection.
Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was on Odrivo’s side.
2. Warranty Policy
Repairs
Repairs performed by Odrivo are covered by a 90-day warranty from the completion date.
This warranty covers defects in repair workmanship, not accidental damage or misuse.
To claim the warranty, contact support@odrivo.com with your repair details.
Products / Resale Devices
Devices sold by Odrivo come with a 90-day limited warranty unless otherwise stated.
Warranty covers:
Functional defects not caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.
Odrivo may choose to repair, replace, or refund any defective device under warranty.
3. Exclusions
Warranty does not cover:
Water or liquid damage after repair or sale.
Physical damage caused by drops, impacts, or improper use.
Unauthorized repairs or modifications.
4. How to Claim

Your order or repair number
Description of the issue
Photos (if applicable)
Odrivo will review your claim and provide next steps within 2 business days.
